I have worked at a rundown Super 8 that seemed to be nicer than this hotel. Five sense offense. The buffet of smells as you walk throughout the hotel is unmatched in variety. I was getting new odors within steps of each other, none were pleasant. They are undergoing construction so there is a lot of debris and construction materials littering the hallways and elevator. That's hard to keep up with if you're actively under construction though. Some people in my group had multiple TVs in their rooms and none of them worked. When I turned the TV on in our room at night the volume was set at 100 and I thought I would have woke the entire building with how loud it was. On top of that it took me a minute to figure out the remote to turn the volume down. The hot tub Whirlpool and jet system was obnoxiously loud to the point where it left a ring in my ears. The air conditioners in the rooms are also very loud. And I don't know if this one is a good thing or a bad thing, but my 3-year-old who has a tendency to stick everything in her mouth stopped abruptly after doing it to one or two things in this hotel. I had a very disappointing experience with Reem at the front desk. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very nasty attitude throughout our interaction. I explained to her that Dan was not answering my call and that another front desk employee had advised me to call back because she was going to help me. Instead of listening and assisting, Reem continued transferring me back to dan, even after I explained the situation multiple times. To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was trying to get help. Customer service representatives should treat people with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. The way I was spoken to and handled was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Reem does not have front desk respect does not know how to talk to a customer. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. we have a multitude of members coming in for the week that we are booking for in the fact that she lacks respect. I would not want my family members talking to her when trying to get a room blocked off under our group code. Lizette was
